Refund policy
You have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods for any reason. At GymSphere, we go further, offering a 30-day returns period for added flexibility and peace of mind.
To start a return, please contact us at contact@gymsphere.co.uk. Once items are returned in their original condition and packaging, we’ll process your full refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
Please note that this right does not apply to:
- Custom-made or personalised products
- Goods that have been installed or assembled
- Products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons once opened (e.g. certain wellness items)
If your return is approved, we’ll email you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. It is the customer’s responsibility to print and attach the label before sending the item back.
Please note that items returned without prior authorisation will not be accepted.
For standard returns that are not due to damage, fault, or error, a £50 handling and restocking fee may apply to cover inspection and repacking costs. This fee reflects the direct cost of inspection and repackaging and is not applied to faulty or damaged returns
All other returns are free of charge.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if any item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Our team will review the issue promptly and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.
Exchanges
The quickest way to receive the item you want is to return the original item and, once your return is approved, place a new order for the replacement product.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of the outcome. If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to complete the transaction and display the refund.
