1. Do you offer free UK delivery?

Yes, we offer free UK mainland delivery on all orders over £250 with a flat rate of £7.99 for any UK mainland orders under £250. Additional charges may apply for remote areas or special delivery requirements, full details are available on our Shipping Policy page.

2. Do you offer a price match promise?

We work closely with leading fitness equipment brands to ensure you always receive great value.

If you find the same item available elsewhere at a lower price, we’ll review it and do our best to match it, offering competitive pricing on genuine, premium gym equipment - see our Price Match Policy for full details and conditions.

3. Gift Cards

Do GymSphere gift cards expire?
No. Our digital gift cards have no expiry date and can be redeemed at any time. Full details can be found in our Gift Card Terms & Conditions.

How are gift cards delivered?
Gift cards are delivered instantly by email to the recipient you choose.

Can a gift card be used more than once?
Yes. If the full balance is not used in one order, the remaining balance stays on the card.

Can gift cards be used with discount codes?
Yes, gift cards can be used alongside discount codes unless stated otherwise.

Which gift card value should I choose?
£50 is our most popular option, while £25 is ideal for smaller gifts and £100 and up is perfect for premium purchases or major milestones.

Can gift cards be refunded or exchanged for cash?
No. Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

What happens if I lose my gift card email?
If you have your order confirmation, our support team can help locate the gift card.

4. How do your discounts work?

5. How long does delivery take?

Most in-stock items are dispatched within 5 working days. Delivery times may vary depending on product size and location, but we aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Larger equipment may require specialist delivery arrangements.

6. When will I be charged for my order?

When you place an order, we process payments immediately at the time of purchase.

Once your payment has been successfully processed, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your order.

7. How are pre-orders charged?

When you purchase a pre-order you are buying a soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. Full payment will be taken and processed at the time of purchase to secure your item.

8. How are backorders charged?

When you purchase a backorder, you are buying an out-of-stock product not currently in inventory. Full payment will be taken and processed at the time of purchase to secure your item.

9. What happens if there’s a delay?

If, for any reason, your order is expected to be delayed, we’ll contact you promptly to let you know and discuss the next steps.

If your order is delayed or lost in transit, please contact us immediately.

We will investigate with our courier and, once confirmed, will offer you the choice of a full refund or a replacement item

Many of our products are commercial-grade, designed for high-traffic environments like gyms, studios, and training facilities.

13. What if I need to return or exchange a product?

14. Do you offer financing or payment plans?

We offer flexible payment, credit and instalment options through partners like Shop Pay and PayPal at checkout, so you can spread the cost over time with interest-free instalments (subject to approval).
