Cancellation policy
Order Cancellations
We understand that plans can change. You may request a cancellation depending on the order status and product type:

Before Dispatch (In-Stock Items)
If your order has not yet been processed for dispatch, you can request cancellation. Your payment will be refunded in full to your original payment method. -
After Dispatch
Once your order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled. However, you may still be eligible to return the item in accordance with our returns policy -
Pre-Orders
You can cancel a pre-order that has not yet been fulfilled for a full refund. If the order has been fulfilled, then you can no longer cancel the order, but you can request a return on receipt of the product. See our returns policy for more details on returns and refunds. -
Backorders
You can cancel a backorder that has not yet been fulfilled for a full refund. If the order has been fulfilled, then you can no longer cancel the order, but you can request a return on receipt of the product. See our returns policy for more details on returns and refunds. -
Made-to-Order Items
As these items are specially produced for you, cancellations are not accepted once the order has been confirmed or production has begun, unless the goods are defective or unavailable
Refunds After Cancellation
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Order Changes
If you need to update your delivery address, contact details, or other order information, please reach out to us as soon as possible. While we will do our best to make the changes, modifications cannot be guaranteed once an order enters the fulfilment stage.
