Order Cancellations
You have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods for any reason. At GymSphere, we go further, offering a 30-day returns period for added flexibility and peace of mind.

Before Dispatch (In-Stock Items)
If your order has not yet been processed for dispatch, you can request a cancellation. A full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days.

After Dispatch
Once your order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled however, you may still be eligible to return the item in line with our Returns Policy. -
Pre-Orders
You may cancel a pre-order that has not yet been fulfilled for a full refund.

Backorders
You may cancel a backorder that has not yet been fulfilled for a full refund.

Made-to-Order Items
As these products are custom-made or specially manufactured for you, cancellations cannot be accepted once your order has been confirmed and production has begun, unless the goods are defective, damaged, or unavailable.
Refunds After Cancellation
Once we’ve received and inspected your returned item, we’ll notify you of the outcome. If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to complete the transaction and display the funds in your account.

Order Changes
If you need to update your delivery address, contact details, or order information, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. We’ll make every effort to accommodate your request; however, changes cannot be guaranteed once your order has entered the processing or fulfilment stage.
