Shipping policy
Order Confirmation: When you place your order, your card will be pre-authorised, but not charged immediately. We will then confirm product availability with our supplier. If the item is in stock and ready for immediate dispatch, we will process the payment and ship your order straight away.
If there is any delay, for example, if the item is on backorder, the pre-authorisation will be voided and we will contact you to advise on next steps.
Order Delivery: If your item is in stock and available for dispatch, your payment will be processed and your order will be dispatched within 5 working days.
Delivery of your order will be within 3 days of dispatch.
You will receive tracking details by email within 24 hours of dispatch.
If you haven’t received tracking information within 6 working days of placing your order, please email us at contact@gymsphere.co.uk, and we’ll be happy to assist.
Damages: Please carefully inspect all items at the point of delivery. If any items appear damaged, we strongly recommend not accepting the delivery.
Should you discover damage after accepting delivery, please email clear photographs of the damaged item(s) to contact@gymsphere.co.uk, so we can raise an insurance claim on your behalf.
In the unlikely event that an item is lost in transit, we will carry out an investigation with the courier. Once confirmed, we will either issue you a full refund or send a replacement item free of charge.
Cancellations & Refunds: Orders cancelled more than 48 hours after being placed may be subject to additional fees.
If your order has already been dispatched, you (the customer) will be responsible for any return shipping costs.
Refunds can only be processed to the original payment method used at checkout.
