UK Mainland Delivery
We offer free UK mainland delivery on all orders over £250.
Orders under £250 are subject to a flat delivery rate of £7.99.

Most in-stock items are dispatched within 5 working days, subject to availability.
Larger or specialist products may require additional handling time, if so, we’ll contact you after your order is confirmed to provide an estimated delivery date.

Remote Areas & Offshore Locations:
Additional charges may apply for deliveries to:

  • Scottish Highlands and Islands
  • Northern Ireland
  • Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Channel Islands, and other offshore UK territories

Please note that delivery times to these areas may take slightly longer than standard mainland deliveries.

International Shipping
At present, GymSphere delivers to UK addresses only. For international enquiries, please contact our customer support team before placing your order.

Order Confirmation
When you place an order, we process payment immediately at checkout. Once your payment has been successfully processed, you will receive an order confirmation email containing your order details.

Pre-Orders
When you purchase a pre-order item, you are reserving a soon-to-be-available product not yet in stock. Full payment is processed at the time of purchase to secure your item. Estimated delivery times are provided on the product page, and we will keep you updated throughout.

You may cancel a pre-order that has not yet been fulfilled for a full refund. If your pre-order has already been fulfilled, you can still request a return upon receipt of the item, see our Returns Policy for more details.

Backorders
When you purchase a backorder item, you are reserving an out-of-stock product not currently in inventory. Full payment is processed at the time of purchase to secure your item for the next available shipment. Estimated delivery times are provided on the product page, and we will keep you updated throughout.

You may cancel a backorder that has not yet been fulfilled for a full refund. If your backorder has already been fulfilled, you can still request a return upon receipt of the item, see our Returns Policy for more details.

Order Delivery
If your item is in stock and available for dispatch, your payment will be processed, and your order will usually be dispatched within 5 working days. Delivery typically occurs within 3 working days of dispatch (UK mainland).

You will receive tracking details by email within 24 hours of dispatch.

If you have not received tracking information within 6 working days of placing your order, please email contact@gymsphere.co.uk and we will be happy to assist.

If, for any reason, your order is expected to be delayed, we’ll contact you promptly to update you and discuss next steps.

Damages
Please carefully inspect all items at the point of delivery. If any items appear damaged, we strongly recommend not accepting the delivery.

If you discover damage after accepting delivery, please email clear photographs of the affected items to contact@gymsphere.co.uk so we can raise an insurance claim on your behalf.

Lost or Delayed Items
In the unlikely event that an item is lost in transit, we will investigate with our courier. Once confirmed, we will either issue a full refund or send a replacement free of charge (subject to stock availability).
