Price Match Policy
At GymSphere, we’re committed to offering competitive pricing on all premium fitness and wellbeing equipment. If you find the same product available at a lower price from another authorised UK retailer, we’ll do our best to match it.
How It Works:
If you find a qualifying product cheaper elsewhere, simply email us at contact@gymsphere.co.uk with the following details:
- The competitor’s website link showing the product and price
- The GymSphere product name and link for comparison
- Any supporting evidence (e.g. screenshot, quote, or listing)
Once verified, we’ll confirm whether the product meets our price-match conditions and, if approved, adjust the price accordingly or refund the difference.
Eligibility Criteria:
To qualify for a price match:
- The product must be identical - same brand, model, colour, and specification
- The item must be in stock and available for immediate purchase from a UK-based, authorised retailer
- The retailer must offer like-for-like delivery terms, including shipping charges and VAT
- The price must be publicly advertised and not part of a private, trade, or membership-only offer
- The comparison must not include promotional codes, clearance, liquidation, auction sites, or marketplace listings (e.g. eBay, Amazon, Facebook Marketplace)
We verify all price matches manually to ensure fairness and accuracy. Price matching is reviewed on a case-by-case basis and is not guaranteed
Exclusions:
Our Price Match Promise does not apply to:
- Non-UK or unauthorised retailers
- Second-hand, ex-display, refurbished, or open-box products
- Bundle or multi-item deals
- Pricing errors or obvious misprints
- Finance, instalment, or credit-based offers that alter total payable cost
After Your Purchase:
If you’ve already purchased an item from us and find the same product cheaper elsewhere within 7 days, contact us with the same evidence - we’ll review it and, where applicable, refund the difference.
Price match requests submitted after 7 days of purchase may not be eligible for review.

Our Price Match Policy is designed to ensure you always receive fair, transparent, and competitive pricing on genuine, high-quality fitness equipment.
We reserve the right to decline a price match if the competitor’s offer does not meet the above conditions, or where doing so would breach supplier pricing agreements or authenticity standards.
