UK Mainland Delivery:
- We offer free UK mainland delivery on all orders over £250.
- Orders under £250 are subject to a flat rate of £7.99.
Remote Areas & Offshore Locations:
Additional charges may apply for deliveries to:
- Scottish Highlands and Islands
- Northern Ireland
- Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Channel Islands, and other offshore UK territories
Delivery times to these areas may also take slightly longer.
International Shipping:
At present, GymSphere delivers to UK addresses only. For international enquiries, please contact our customer support team before placing your order.
Order Confirmation:
When you place an order, we process payment immediately at checkout. Once your payment has been successfully processed, you will receive an order confirmation email containing your order details.
Pre-Orders:
When you purchase a pre-order item, you are reserving a soon-to-be-available product not yet in stock. Full payment is processed at the time of purchase to secure your item.
Estimated delivery times are provided on the product page, and we will keep you updated throughout.
You may cancel a pre-order that has not yet been fulfilled for a full refund. If your pre-order has already been fulfilled, you can still request a return upon receipt of the item, see our Returns Policy for more details.
Backorder:
When you purchase a backorder item, you are reserving an out-of-stock product not currently in inventory. Full payment is processed at the time of purchase to secure your item for the next available shipment.

You may cancel a backorder that has not yet been fulfilled for a full refund. If your backorder has already been fulfilled, you can still request a return upon receipt of the item, see our Returns Policy for more details.
Gift Cards:
All gift cards are digital and delivered by email to the recipient. Gift cards can be redeemed online only and have no cash value. They are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged or returned. Gift cards do not expire unless otherwise stated. Please ensure the recipient’s email address is entered correctly at checkout, as we cannot be held responsible for delivery to an incorrect address.

Promotions and Discounts
Discounts are automatically applied at checkout or via promo code on selected items. Offers are valid for a limited time and may not be combined with other promotions. Refunds follow our standard Returns Policy. Full details are in our Promotions and Discounts Policy.
Order Delivery:
If your item is in stock and available for dispatch, your payment will be processed, and your order will usually be dispatched within 3 working days. Delivery typically occurs within 3 working days of dispatch (UK mainland).
You will receive tracking details by email within 24 hours of dispatch.
If you have not received tracking information within 5 working days of placing your order, please email contact@gymsphere.co.uk and we will be happy to assist.
If, for any reason, your order is expected to be delayed, we’ll contact you promptly to update you and discuss next steps.
Lost or Damaged:
Please carefully inspect all items at the point of delivery. If any items appear damaged, we strongly recommend not accepting the delivery.
If you discover damage after accepting delivery, please email clear photographs of the affected items to contact@gymsphere.co.uk so we can raise an insurance claim on your behalf.
In the unlikely event that an item is lost in transit, we will investigate with our courier. Once confirmed, we will either issue a full refund or send a replacement free of charge
Cancellations & Refunds:
If your order has not yet been processed for dispatch, you may request cancellation. Your payment will be refunded in full to your original payment method within 14 days of confirmation.
Refunds can only be made to the original payment method used at checkout.
Right to Cancel:
You have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods for any reason.
To start a return, please contact us at contact@gymsphere.co.uk. Once items are returned in their original condition and packaging, we’ll process your full refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
Please note that this right does not apply to:
- Custom-made or personalised products
- Goods that have been installed or assembled
- Products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons once opened (e.g. certain wellness items)
For standard returns that are not due to damage, fault, or error, a 15% handling and restocking fee may apply to cover inspection and repacking costs. This fee reflects the direct cost of inspection and repackaging and is not applied to faulty or damaged returns.
Be aware that for large commercial items, refusing delivery or returning items that don't fit will also incur freight charges.
All other returns are free of charge.
Business Orders:
These terms apply to consumer purchases only. Trade and commercial orders may be subject to separate terms and conditions.
